Jesus the Way, the Truth and the Life – Podcast

In this 7 minute podcast, Sonrise Morning Show Host Anna Mitchell interviews Marcellino D’Ambrosio about the groundbreaking study from Ascension Press: Jesus, the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Dr. Italy spend most of 2019 writing and filming a ground-breaking Bible study on the life and teaching of Jesus Christ, the Way, the Truth and the Life, published by Ascension Press.  Carried out in collaboration with renowned Catholic bible teachers, Dr. Edward Sri and Jeff Cavins, “Jesus: the Way, the Truth and the Life” is shot in the Holy Land and takes a conversational approach rich in content but easy to understand and apply to real life.

In this brief podcast, Marcellino D’Ambrosio (“Dr. Italy”) explains what makes this study such a ground-breaking event for Catholic Teaching in the 21st century.  “Jesus: the Way, the Truth, and the Life” is a fascinating walk through the four gospels that makes participants feel very much a part of the conversations taking place among the three authors.  The video study, in ten sessions,  is the closest thing to actually walking in the footsteps of Jesus, the Way the Truth and the Life – a virtual pilgrimage up and down the land made Holy by the birth, death and resurrection of the savior.  The Holy Land’s dramatic landscape, colorful people, and moving art, are showcased in an unprecedented way in the video study’s ten sessions.

The components of the study are several.  First of all, Jesus, the Way the Truth and the Life contains an extenstive, full-color study guide, rich in detailed examination of key Gospel texts and how they fulfill the many promises and foreshadowings contained in the Old Testament.  It is also full of maps, illustrations, and lists of such things as the miracles, parables, and titles of Jesus found in the New Testament.
